I am unable to login. How to get a new password?

If you are not yet registered for THIS event, please select "New Registration", complete the form, and submit it. If you are already registered but forgot your password, select the "Log In" option and fill in the second field with your last name and email. A new password will be sent to your mailbox within seconds.

How to get an invitation letter?

Log in. Select Invitation letter option. Click on Print directly your invitation letter, or, if you need an original copy, click on Request an original by post.

How to get an invoice?

Log in. Select Registration page and click on Invoice option. If needed, modify the address and include your internal reference. Print your invoice.

How to cancel my registration?

If you wish to cancel your registration, select Status & payment and click at the bottom of the page on Click here to cancel your registration.

Can I get a refund if I cancel my registration?

Our cancellation and refund policy is available in the Registration menu > Instructions submenu. Please contact us for specific requests.

I completed my registration, but I did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder. If you still haven’t received a confirmation email, contact us with your registration details for assistance.

I accidentally registered twice. How can I correct this?

If you registered twice or used the same email for multiple participants, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

I made a mistake in my registration details. How can I update them?

You can update your registration details by logging into your account on the registration page. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Contact us for more details on the transfer process.

I submitted my payment, but the system does not show it as completed. What should I do?

If your payment was processed and you received a receipt, but it is not reflected on the website, please contact us with your payment receipt and registration details.

I need an invoice for my registration. How can I get it?

Invoices can be downloaded from the registration portal. If you need assistance, please contact us.

I encountered an error while registering. What should I do?

Try refreshing the page, using a different browser, or restarting your system. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of the error.

I forgot my login credentials for the registration portal. How can I recover them?

Use the "Forgot Password" option on the registration page or contact us for help.

I completed my payment, but after returning to the registration site, I encountered an error. Now, when I log in again, the system does not recognize my payment, and I have to start from the beginning. What should I do?
